Advanced Design Idea

· As the network digital Audio Mixer, DB2000 was designed to separate audio I/O engine and control panel. The audio I/O engine is an analog and digital matrix, through the optical fiber and CAT-5 cable, it forms a digital broadcast network between I/O engine and control panel and features in good connection, redundancy and manageability.

· The Audio I/O Engine supports bus card, analog I/O, digital AES/EBU I/O, optical fiber I/O, Microphone I/O, etc. It is convenient to select for combination.

· The control panel consists of fader module, control module and meterbridge. It is flexible for users to assemble. Since the number of channels can be 4 to 20, each module is suitable to be embedded into the control desk.

Mature Function Configuration

· The high resolution and user-friendly interface can display alarm, input meter( VU、PPM and Phase), output meter(VU、PPM and Phase),control status and so on. The control panel only maintains the main function button and faders for master, the left can be set up on the menu. By setting code and pre-saving scence, it can ensure that the key configuration cannot be mistaken operated.

· Mature internal bus configuration, including Main, PFL, BUS, AUX and TB, can flexibly be routed between fader and signal source, adjusted the GAIN of input, track, EQ and DYN as well as allocating each channel to each analog or digital output freely.

· Each channel of master, guest and monitor can be set as signal source and GAIN separately. The monitor speaker can be turn ON/OFF through the button on the control panel and it can be set as automatic mute mode.

· Mature TB function: To select the four TB channels from master, guest, audience and director. TB with director supports single or two-way and multi-channel talk. It relieves the inconvenience of talking with guest by headphone. Master can talk with the audience without broadcast. When the TB function is active, all the signals from microphone can be separated from main output in order to ensure the talk content will not be broadcasted.

Reliable Working Performance

· Both of Audio Engine and Control Engine use two power supply units.

· Support all the boards and power units hot plug and unplug.

· If the control engine does not run normally, the audio engine can keep working on the current condition or emergent condition. Administrator of networks can control the system after building the network system.

· When the audio engine used as matrix, it can monitor, analyze, switch on time, alarm audio-loss, emergent relay and record logs, etc.

· Remote control and monitor by network.
